It's A Sunshiny Morning

Everyday is a new day. Do you take time after you awaken to look outside or step outside to see the sun? That's my favorite time of day. I love when I can catch a sunrise as it changes colors through the clouds. I love seeing the flowers and hearing the birds chirping and feeling the gift of a brand new day.

As I painted this newest piece, I channeled that energy. Every day for four and a half weeks I would go into my studio and add something new. New flowers, new layers, new color combinations and the last thing that I added that says "It's A Sunshiny Morning" to me are those rays of sunshine that eminate beauty and joy from the sun.
